Each year, thanks to the generosity of our donors, we are able to assist with partial sponsorship for campers requiring financial assistance. If you would like to access these funds, follow the instructions below.

The process for sponsorship is as follows:
The camper’s parent/guardian will complete the Camper Sponsorship Form (below) and submit along with all applicable registration forms. Forms can be submitted by fax (250-295-6233), email (firstname.lastname@example.org), or letter mail (PO Box 1272 Princeton, BC V0X 1W0).
All forms must be accompanied with a minimum contribution of $60/camper.
All sponsorship applications will be reviewed by the Director and approved, modified, or denied based on the following needs assessment:
Income & life circumstances (family size, medical situation, etc.)
Previously approved sponsorships (Are there other sponsoring agencies contributing to this current application? Has this child been approved for sponsorship to another camp?)
Past Tulahead sponsorships
The applicant will be notified by email of the sponsorship application results, followed up by a confirmation email.
